We could not have made this purchase without Ashley's knowledge of the local market, pricing, advantages/disadantages to each area/property as well as rules surrounding purchasing land as a Canadian. Ashley was extremely helpful and professional during the search, on site visits, negotiating and closing stages of the purchase, particularly because we were out of country for certain stages. We are more than grateful for Ashley's dedication to her work and clients. We could trust Ashley through every step of the process as she demonstrated thorough knowledge of all legal aspects of the purchase as well as building standards and condo regulations. She was able to answer any questions we had very quickly, and would ensure she was always accessible. In the case of not having immediate answers to our questions, she ensured to find out the answer and come back to us quickly with a solution. The overall experience, despite living in another country has been seamless, pleasant and very straightforward, thanks to the professionalism, dedication & true care for her clients that Ashley demonstrated. Ashley sold my mother her condo a few years ago, and my mother had nothing but nice things to say about her. She felt secure with Ashley, and that she was well taken care of. When it came time to sell my mother’s home again, I immediately went to ashley. She remembered the property, she remembered dealing with the HOA, and was familiar with all aspects of getting the property sold. I loved that she was always available to talk to me, whether by phone, text, or email - even when she was on vacation! I really appreciated her keeping me informed on everything along the way. She was also patient with me, and my family, while we dealt with the emotional aspect of selling this property.
